SINGLE SELL MONDELEZ

OBJECTIVE.
Our objective was to design an injection-molded dispenser system tailored to Mondelez's renowned chocolate bonbons, Sonho De Valsa, for the Brazilian market. The primary goal was to secure prime checkout area placements, where competition for space and visibility is intense. We aimed to create a compact, adaptable, and attention-grabbing dispenser that could effectively display the brand and drive sales.

APPROACH.
To achieve our objective, we adopted a collaborative approach in our group. We conducted in-depth market research to understand the unique challenges faced by Sonho De Valsa in the checkout area. Consumer behavior and preferences helped us identify the critical factors that would make our dispenser system a success. With a focus on adaptability, we engaged in brainstorming sessions, considering various design concepts, and evaluating their feasibility.

SOLUTION.
After thorough ideation and analysis, we arrived at a modular solution - an injection-molded dispenser system highly adaptable to any kind of space available. Its compact design optimized space utilization at checkout counters, providing Sonho De Valsa with a standout presence amidst competitors.
The dispenser's eye-catching aesthetics and user-friendly interface made it an instant hit with consumers. Its adaptability allowed for easy integration into different retail environments, ensuring maximum brand visibility and accessibility.
As a result, thousands of units of the dispenser system were successfully manufactured and distributed nationwide. Moreover, the solution received recognition beyond Brazil, being incorporated into Mondelez's global catalog.
